Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Summary

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant with experience of and a passion for the delivery of Software as a Service (SaaS) projects; in particular Salesforce and marketing automation projects.

The role is based at our Leeds office.

What does the job entail?

  • Working closely with our Senior Technology Consultants and Account Directors to effectively scope and deliver Salesforce and marketing automation projects
  • Analysing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Writing detailed and accurate technical specification documents (for custom development, system integration etc.)
  • Preparing test data, test plans and conducting unit and module testing
  • Quality assurance testing and defect resolution
  • Providing technical expertise in supporting the development environment, problem determination, change management, release management, performance analysis, environment design and operation of large and complex applications
  • Effective implementation of application code through patterns and practices aimed at making sure of efficient and highly available production applications
  • Producing project updates and make sure client is kept informed at all stages of the project
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot on Apex and the platform

Essential skills and experience

Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Consultant with an interest in the delivery of SaaS, in particular Salesforce and marketing automation projects. You will be working directly with our clients on customer-facing projects.

You will utilise best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement gathering, use case and data modelling, technical design, development, testing and implementation.

The role is based at our Leeds office but there will be travel required to our client offices in the UK and Europe.
